At the last days of the final term of university, the professor brought a heavy box with difficulty to the class
در آخرين روز ترم پاياني دانشگاه ، استاد به زحمت جعبه سنگيني را داخل كلاس درس آورد
The professor brought a big crystal glass out of the box and put it on the table.
استاد يك ليوان بزرگ شيشه اي از جعبه بيرون آورد و روي ميز گذاشت
Then he took some rubble stones and threw them into the glass.
سپس چند قلوه سنگ از درون جعبه برداشت و آنها را داخل ليوان انداخت
After that the students looked at him surprisingly, he asked:" has the glass got filled? Everybody said: "yes, it's full."
. آنگاه از دانشجويان كه با تعجب به او نگاه مي كردند ، پرسيد : آيا ليوان پر شده است؟ همه گفتند بله پر شده است .
The professor took some little stone from the box and threw it on the rubble stone in the glass.
استاد مقداري سنگ ريزه را از جعبه برداشت و آن ها را روي قلوه سنگ هاي داخل ليوان ريخت .
Then he shook the glass a little to move the little stone into the empty area between rubble stones.
بعد ليوان را كمي تكان داد تا ريگ ها به درون فضا هاي خالي بين قلوه سنگ ها بلغزند .
Then he asked the students: "has the glass got filled?" everybody answered: "yes, it's full."
سپس از دانشجويان پرسيد : آيا ليوان پر شده است ؟ همگي پاسخ دادند : بله پر شده است .
The professor again took his hand into the box and took a hand of sand and threw into the glass.

Over the centuries, many epidemic diseases have wiped out huge portions of the population. From cholera and small pox to the Black Death and influenza, the wide and rapid spread of diseases have decimated populations, yet in a way, have led to much of the modern world's treatments and cures. Still, epidemics arise, including the Bird Flu contagion, reported in humans since 1997.
Smallpox was one of the earliest diseases that spread in an epidemic as early as 10,000 BCE. The disease produces first a rash, then blisters. It is unique to human beings and is contracted through breathing in the virus. It was one of the first diseases for which inoculation was used to fight. The World Health Organization declared smallpox eradicated in 1979, the only known disease so declared.
Bubonic plague first appeared in Europe in the middle 1300s and is considered one of the deadliest pandemics ever. The first wave of the Black Death is thought to have killed up to 100 million people. It may have started in Asia and was carried around the world by fleas feasting on black rats. The plague returned periodically until at least the 17th century and still occurs occasionally throughout the world. It returned in the mid-19th century, again originating in Asia and killing approximately 12 million people worldwide.
Typhus is spread through lice on humans. The first epidemic of the disease occurred in the 15th century during a siege in modern day Spain. It also has been known to spread quickly in prison populations and other groups of people in squalid conditions packed tightly together. The disease is estimated to have taken 3 million lives during World War I in Russia alone. These days, it is treatable with antibiotics.
The first influenza epidemic that spread worldwide was recorded in the early 1700s, but the most well-known pandemic of it was during and following World War I. This Spanish Flu spread rapidly around the world, partly because of soldiers carrying it with them as they returned home from the war. Scientists believe a full third of the world's population was infected between 1918 and 1920. It was nearly as cataclysmic as the Black Death, wiping out up to 100 million people, far more than were killed in battle in the war. New strains of flu appear nearly every year. In 2009, swine flu or H1N1, was declared a pandemic after its appearance first in Mexico and then throughout the world.
چقدر به نقش ورزش در زندگي اهميت ميديد؟چقدر اهل ورزش کردن هستيد؟اصلا ورزش کردن کار سختيه ؟ اين روزا خيليها رو ميبينيم که تا اسم ورزش مياد فکر ميکنن همون فوتبال گل کوچيکي که بازي ميکنن اونم هفته اي يه بار ديگه حجب تمومه و رسالت ورزشي خودشونو انجام دادن. باز اينا که خوبن خيليها که تا اسم ورزش مياد يا سرشون درد ميکنه يا حوصله ندارن يا اصلا وقت ندارن .هيچ فکر کردين يه دانش آموز يا يه دانشجو يا يه کارمند يا يه مهندس يا يه دکتر و..... چقدر به تحرک و ورزش در طول يه روز نياز داره؟جاي تاسفه که درصد بسيار پاييني از مردم ما ورزش ميکنن و بقيه در خواب خرگوشي هستن تا اين که خيلي زود تر ازوني که فکر کنن مرضهاي بدي چون فشار خون ؛ ديابت ؛ بيماريهاي قلبي و عروقي؛ مشکلات تنفسي و.... مياد سراغشون و اون وقت ديگه ورزش هم نميتونه کارساز باشه و خيلي زود بايد با دنيا وداع کنن. خدا نکنه کسي در سراشيبي اين بيماريها بيفته که در اون صورت خودش با چشم خود راه خاموشي رو ميبينه و کاري از دستش بر نمياد. هيچ ميدونين ورزش کردن به صورت اصولي چقدر ميتونه باعث طول عمر اونم عمري پر برکت و با نشاط در انسان بشه؟
ميدونين ورزش کردن از سنين کودکي بايد به صورت يه عادت منظم روزانه در بياد و تا پايان عمر ادامه داشته باشه؟اين تفکر اشتباهيه که ما فکر ميکنيم جوان و يا يه نوجوان نيازي به ورزش کردن نداره و همون تحرک جواني براش کافيه . ميدونيد چقدر سموم مضر در بدن آدمايي که ورزش نميکنن رسوب ميکنه؟ ولي برعکس کساني که به ورزش منظم روزانه مي پردازن اين سموم از بدنشون دفع ميشه و به عبارت بهتر هر روز بدنشون رو در معرض يه پالايش اساسي قرار ميدن . وقتي ورزش ميکنيم اونم به شرطي که اصولي و منظم و روزانه باشه (فقط نيم ساعت در روز) چقدر ميتونه به جريان گردش خون کمک کنه؟ميدونيد چقدر خون تازه و سرشار از اکسيژن رو به مغزتون ميرسونين و چقدر به افزايش هوش و تدبير در زندگي خودتون کمک ميکنيد؟
نکاتي رو که بايد در ورزش روزانه به طور کلي رعايت کنيد در اين قسمت فهرست ميکنم. بياين بعد از خوندن اين مطلب تصميم بگيريد در هر شرايط و موقعيتي که هستيد با فراهم کردن اين کليات خودتون رو به ورزش کردن روزانه و منظم ملزم کنيد.
البته متاسفانه دختر خانمها بدليل معذوريتهاي پوششي کمتر در اين قسمت فعال هستند که بايد بگم حجاب هرگز نبايد باعث ضرر به جسم شما بشه در حالي که خود حجاب ميتونه عاملي باشه براي راحت تر ورزش کردن شما. نکته قابل ملاحظه اينه که زن اساس زندگيه مشترک رو تشکيل ميده و خانمها مديران خلاق خانواده هاي ايراني هستند پس براي اونها خيلي واجب تره که ورزش کنن و هميشه روحيه خودشونو با نشاط و شاداب نگه دارن . و اما نکاتي که بايد در ورزش منظم روزانه توجه بشه:
1- مهمترين عامل براي يه ورزش سالم و مفيد وجود هواي تميز و سرشار از اکسيژنه پس هرگز زير سقف و در هواي گرفته اطاق ورزش نکنيم.
2- استفاده از نظريات و تاييد اساتيد ورزشکار در انجام حرکات ورزشي خيلي اهميت داره
3- در رسيدن به اهداف بالاي ورزشي مثل بهبودي در يک بيماري يا لاغري يا... هرگز عجله نکنيم .با حوصله و با دقت عمل کنيم.
4- حداقل روزي نيم ساعت برنامه ريزي ورزشي مناسب و سبک رو در دستور فعاليتهاي روزانه داشته باشيم. حالا اين ميتونه يه پياده روي سريع و ورزشي يا يک دويدن ملايم و سبک باشه .
5- قبل از شروع حتما از چند دقيقه نرمش فني و دقيق فراموش نکنيم.
ضمنا از اثرات فوق العاده ورزش و تحرک منظم روزانه در بالابردن روحيه و اعتماد به نفس هرگز غافل نشيد. آيا بدست آوردن اين همه انرژي مثبت و اين همه موهبت اونم فقط با نيم ساعت ورزش در روز ارزش امتحان کردنشو نداره؟پس تا دير نشده اين شما و اين هم ميدان ورزش .يا علي
